ruby-i18n software package provides I18n and localization solution for Ruby, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ruby-i18n
ruby-i18n is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ruby-i18n package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ruby-i18n *
You will get with ruby-i18n package name, version, architecture and description in a table
